The President of BHC has been involved in CAI or Community Association Institute for more than a decade and has helped advocate for HOA rights and has served two terms and six years on the CAI-Rocky Mountain Chapter Board of Directors and Executive Committee. This experience has allowed us to strive when working with complex jobs for HOA's and their Community Managers, Board of Directors and homeowners. Our experience in the HOA industry is unmatched and the knowledge and ability to work complex projects with multiple residences shows on each and every job big or small.
We are a licensed contractor through the ICC (International Code Council) and carry our license in most Denver Metro municipalities. BHC also is a LEED Green Associated firm and can help with all energy projects and upgrades as well.
